| Wayside Inflatables will not accept any returns except for items that are damaged during transit or defective.
If you feel an item you purchased has arrived damaged or defective, please call our customer service department Monday through Friday from 8am – 4pm at 888 275 1727 for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
DO NOT send the item back before calling as we will not accept any returns without an RMA number. The package will be returned to you.
